Terms & Privacy Policy

By downloading or using Kelime Oyunu ("Word Game"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. "We" means the developer of the app.

1. Your data

• No account. We do not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
• Game data stays with you. Your progress, gems and settings are stored on your device. With iCloud turned on, your gem balance syncs through your own iCloud account. We have no server that stores this data, and we cannot read it. To remove it, delete the app and its data in iOS Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage.
• Notifications. If you allow them, the app creates a daily gift reminder on your device. Nothing is sent to us.

2. Third-party services

• Ads: AppLovin MAX and its ad networks. The app is free because it shows ads. These services may process your IP address, device details, language and information about the ads you see. They use your advertising identifier (IDFA) and may link data with other companies' apps and websites only if you allow tracking. If you do not, you still see ads, but they are not based on tracking, and the game works the same. Change your choice in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
• Analytics and crash reports: Google Firebase. We measure how the game is used (for example levels played, hints used, screens opened, errors) and deliver new levels. This data is tied to an anonymous app identifier, not to your name.
• Purchases: Apple and RevenueCat. Apple processes your payment. We never see your card details. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier and your purchase records. To help Apple decide on refund requests, we may share data about how you used purchased gems with Apple, in line with Apple's policies.
• Game Center. If you are signed in, the app saves your scores and achievements there and shows your nickname.

3. Children

The app is not addressed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe that your child has provided personal information, please contact us.

4. Gems and purchases

• Gems are a virtual item for use inside the app only. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.
• Purchases are final, except where Apple grants a refund or the law gives you a right to one. Refund requests go to Apple.
• Your gem balance is stored on your device and in your iCloud. If you delete that data or lose a device without iCloud, we may not be able to restore earned gems. Purchased packs can be restored with "Restore purchases".

5. General terms

• Ownership. All content of the app is the property of the developer and may not be reproduced without written permission.
• Liability. The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages that arise from the use of the app, including the loss of progress or virtual items, or for the content of third-party ads.
• Changes and termination. We may update these terms on this page, and we may suspend or stop the app at any time. If you continue to use the app, you accept the updated terms.
• Law. The law of the country where the developer is located applies, unless the consumer law of your country gives you other rights.
